Use of the Site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

Quotes & Estimates

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing depends on site conditions, materials, permits, and any code corrections required. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Emergency service may incur additional charges.

Warranty

Joseph Troxell Electrical warrants workmanship for one (1) year from completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed materials.

Payment

Invoices are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits may be required for larger projects.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joseph Troxell Electrical's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
